Overall changes to lifestyle: This is a list of changes that I believe are very important, in order, to achieve optimal health. I update my list as I learn about new information. No need to overwhelm yourself…make small, gradual changes.

Eating: try to eat lean protein, healthy fats, low carbs, and limit sugar. Try to eat all meals within an eight hour period, but especially finishing eating a few hours before bedtime. Organic is great if possible. Fasting can be very beneficial.

Environment: Gradually switch over cleaning products to natural/homemade products. There are tons of recipes online for cleaning products. Vinegar and baking soda clean most things.

Skin: use natural or homemade skin products. Everything that goes on your skin absorbs into your body. There are many recipes online for moisturizers, toothpaste, deodorant, ect….

Physical activity: it’s important to be physical every day. This doesn’t mean you have to follow a rigorous workout routine, but it’s important for the body to move and stay active even if it’s just walking. HIIT are great workouts that don’t take much time and don’t and shouldn’t be performed every day. Sweating is a great way to detox especially heavy metals.

Sleep: many people don’t get enough sleep, but it really affects your overall health. Our bodies heal when we sleep. It’s best to be asleep by 10pm and not have lights and electronics on in the sleeping area.

Energy work: This impacts all areas of your health so it’s important to work this into your daily routine.  I really can’t stress enough how important this is. Donna Eden makes balancing your energies easy. I’ve done her energy exercises for about 15 years now and it has fixed and prevented so many things. Best of all …it’s FREE!

EMF: electromagnetic frequencies impact our health in a negative manner. There are many things you can buy to help with this concern.  At the very least turn your WiFi off at night. Keeping up with the Daily Energy Routine helps with this issue as well. If you’re really sensitive to EMF’s you may want to purchase this:

Vitamin D: this is actually a hormone and the cheapest, easiest way to get it is by being in the sun for about 20-30 minutes per day without sunscreen.

Detox: since our world is full of toxins(air, cleaners, food, skin products, water) it’s important to detox on a regular basis. Mercury dental fillings should be removed by a qualified dentist. There are many ways to detox your body so do some research and do what makes sense to you. Parasites are very tricky and it’s important to do parasite cleanses on a regular basis.

Stress: find a technique to help with stress such as EFT.

Socialization: Meaningful human relationships play a big part in our health.

I believe many people have issues with mold, yeast, heavy metals, and parasites and don’t realize it.  If you have some mysterious health issues going on you may look into these causes.

  • People post natural things they’ve tried for their ailments and whether it worked or not.  Great site to reference and very interesting.
  • You can reprogram your body so it doesn’t react to allergens. If you’re having problems with this method working then you really need to concentrate on building your immune system and do the Donna Eden energy routine everyday.
  • Treatment for nerve impingement.  I took the class many years ago and I constantly utilize this technique. He also sells DVDs so you can treat yourself for certain conditions.
  • They usually have good prices for supplements. This is where I buy hyaluronic acid.
  • Got pain? She demonstrates how our posture can cause pain and teaches you the proper way to sit, stand, sleep….
  • Sign up for his newsletter. His articles are always very interesting .  I incorporate many of his suggestions into my lifestyle.
  • Hyaluronic acid This is a substance our body naturally produces. It is found in our connective tissue and provides cushion and lubrication. As we age production slows so we begin to feel pain because we lose the cushion and lubrication it provides. Everyone that uses this has commented that they notice a difference, including myself. Very cheap too. Don’t buy the pill form it doesn’t usually absorb well.
  • Turmeric Yes, the yellow Indian spice. I don’t like the taste so I get it in a capsule form.  Too many benefits to list so you’ll have to do the research yourself.
  • DMSO can be used for a plethora of health issues. I would recommend reading “Healing with DMSO”.
  • Hydrogen peroxide Whenever I’m around sick people or feel like I could be getting sick I inhale hydrogen peroxide. Look up how to do this on YouTube.  I used to drink food grade hp, but that method kills all your good gut flora too.  Inhaling hp goes directly to your lungs and spreads to your blood without effecting your gut.
  • Apple cider vinegar This seems to cure everything. Refer to
  • Epsom Salt you can use it along or I prefer to make a scrub to use in the shower of equal parts epsom salt, baking soda, and borax. I wet my skin and turn off water then rub the mixture all over especially my joints. It helps with many aches and pains especially menstrual cramps.
  • Cryotherapy Cryotherapy (
  • Chlorine Dioxide I would suggest reading Jim Humble’s book about CD. Many have had success with many health conditions including cancer.
  • Borax is an amazing product.
  • Hair analysis it’s a good idea to know about the different minerals and toxic load your body is dealing with and hair analysis is a good way to find out.
  • this site has tons of info including lots of free health seminars to attend on-line. I’ve learned tons of information by attending these seminars.
  • Bee Venom Therapy I have not tried this, but some have had great results with many health conditions especially Lyme Disease.
  • Ayahuasca I have not tried this, but plan to in the future. I will update my experience at a later date.

  • You can heal yourself and do tons of other things with this rife machine.
  • Energy Psychology Techniques: These techniques can be used on anything including, fear, pain, anxiety, addiction, or any emotional issue. How important are our emotions when it comes to our health? VERY! Even the CDC states that “85 percent of disease is caused by our emotions”.
